Hey there! I’m Jeremy.

My journey began with a deep interest in investing and economics. But the pivotal moment came when I stepped into the role of a service business leader.

For over a decade, I was the Managing Director and Principal of a service business as we grew to 70 team members consulting 200 affluent families on $20 billion in investments. I chaired our Investment Committee and steered firm-wide strategy as a member of the Executive Committee. My focus was often on navigating the opportunities and challenges of growth: designing and operationalizing our strategic initiatives, performance metrics, and recruiting, while fostering an award-winning culture.

I’ve seen firsthand the challenges and opportunities at play when scaling up. It’s not just about bigger numbers; it’s about smarter, more strategic moves. That’s why I founded Sidecar Capital Partners to provide service business leaders with the resources they need to build not just bigger, but truly great companies.
